Return Policy

15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at support@worthyvibe.com with your order number
2. We'll provide return instructions and our return address
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the package back to us (buyer pays return shipping)
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Information

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Simply return your item and place a new order for the product you'd like. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@worthyvibe.com. Include photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Monogrammed or personalized items
• Special-order or custom items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
• Used items or items without original packaging
• Items returned after 15 days from delivery
