Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Processing takes 1-3 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible unused items in original packaging. Personalized, monogrammed, and special-order items are not eligible for return. Visit our Returns page for detailed instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@worthyvibe.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost.
